Our team of experts is devoted to working with you discreetly. When you book one of our services, you will be assigned an expert from our team, who will then get back to you shortly. This is where you honestly tell the expert what you’re going through- remember, your personal information is safe with us. This could last anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes.

Counselling Sessions

Should you choose to go for talk therapy, our experts will listen to you without judgment. This will be a safe place to get it out. Your counsellor will ask questions, and pay close attention to verbal and non-verbal cues to analyze your situation and establish trust so you feel safe to open up. These sessions could last up to 30 to 45 minutes, and you will progress faster if you’re honest with your counsellor. And even though your counsellor may show you the way, you must tread it yourself.

Therapy Sessions

Emergencies can come knocking on your door at awkward times. So you are capable of dealing with a situation as it arises, in these sessions, you will be trained in a bunch of psychological exercises for you to practice on a schedule and ad-hoc. These sessions will mostly last up to 30 minutes.

When booking a counselling or therapy session, you can also choose to book 5 or 10 sessions at once, then avail them at your convenience.

Psychological Assessment

The results of psychometric procedures and tests can be a huge help in the right direction for treatment. Our experts often rely on tools like the Rorschach Inkblot Test and the 16PF Test to scrutinize your situation and come up with treatments that will work for you.
